  • 1. PLC, HMI, INV The product warranty period for products exported overseas is 2 years from the date of manufacture.
  • 2. Domestic and overseas solar PCUs are 4.5 years old from the date of purchase. (However, for 3kW products with a customer purchase date before July 2012, the warranty is 2.5 years, and for products destined for Japan, it is 3 years based on the date of manufacture.)
  • 3. Warranty period for other products not specified : 1 year from the date of purchase, 1.5 years from the date of manufacture
  • 4. Even within the warranty period, if it is the customer's fault, a fee will be charged.
